This property consists of a four level building plus basement car parking adjacent to the Broadway shopping centre. The property was purchased vacant and largely unimproved from its original state (circa 1940). Extensive refurbishment works were performed on the property including a complete strip out, reconfiguration of the floor areas, installation of lift access and air conditioning system, upgraded services and amenities and the addition of a partial mezzanine level to the top floor.
